Guarantee

This warranty applies only to the original owner of the Extrbici electric bike and sports bike. It is limited to the replacement of defective parts at the discretion of the manufacturer Extrbici. This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by failure to follow the instructions in the user manual, force majeure, accident, misuse, neglect, commercial use, modification, incorrect assembly, normal wear and tear, installation of non‑original parts or accessories incompatible with the bike sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunts, or inadequate maintenance. Full bike replacement will occur only in very rare cases; if so, the original bike must be returned to an Extrbici Sports centre for inspection/repair before a new bike is shipped. Shipping a new bike will not necessarily occur if repair is possible. This warranty does not cover consumables or normal wear parts (tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, cables and housings, grips, chains, spokes). Extrbici disclaims any liability for damage, malfunction or loss caused by unauthorised repairs or the use of non‑conforming parts. Any damage occurring during transport must be reported to the Extrbici team within a reasonable time (3 days) after receipt at service@extrbicibike.com. Warranty details:

All electric bikes and bikes sold on https://extrbicibike.co.uk are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering all components, including material and manufacturing defects, as follows:

A) Two‑year limited warranty:
All components of the Extrbici bike, including the frame, fork, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, bottom bracket, seat stays and pedals, are covered by a two‑year warranty against material and manufacturing defects from the original purchase date.

B) One‑year limited warranty:
The bike and its electronic components, including the derailleur, shift levers, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, rims, hubs, cassette and freewheel, reflectors and screws, are covered by a one‑year warranty against material and manufacturing defects from the original purchase date.

Lithium‑ion batteries of electric bikes are covered by a one‑year (12 months) warranty against material and manufacturing defects from the original purchase date. The battery warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, incorrect use of the charger, inadequate maintenance or any other misuse, normal wear or water damage.

C) No warranty:
Please note that equipment and accessories are not covered by this warranty, but are included in our returns policy.

What will we do?
If a part proves defective or damaged and the defect is not attributable to the user, we will replace it. We will help you replace any defective part. We will replace any part damaged during transport. If the product cannot be repaired after a reasonable number of tests carried out by the Extrbici team, we will provide the owner with a replacement product.

What will we not do?
Extrbici will not replace any part without prior inspection.
